Infrastructure Installation and Remediation Projects

From new or refurbished piping installations to bulk material handling conveyor systems, Azura Engineering will provide the experience and expertise to ensure that your projects are delivered at a high level of quality, in the shortest possible time and within budget.

Where appropriate, for brownfields installations, we will utilise the latest technology in laser scanning and 3D modelling to ensure that your new equipment interfaces flawlessly with existing infrastructure. The design will be fully clash detected and quality checked before any fabrication commences.

Fabrication timeframes can be minimised via intelligent design and the use of CNC profile cutting.

Installation activities will be optimised to ensure that were possible, existing equipment will remain operational while the majority of new equipment is being installed, minimising required shutdown duration and impacts on production.

    Solid in-house competence in modelling infrastructure associated with marine applications at all project phases (concept through to decomissioning).

    Packages such as OrcaFlex are used for designing and analysing typical offshore oil and gas and renewable applications. Examples include design and analysis of:

  • FPSO flexible and rigid riser systems
  • Subsea pipelines installation and in-place performance
  • Moorings
  • Renewables floating systems associated with offshore wind farms, including wind turbines and subsea power cables
  • Tidal systems

    Azura Engineering harnesses programming capabilities (e.g. Python) to enhance efficiency of its design and analysis functions. In addition, we are progressing in-house development of complimentary competencies in digital technologies such as those associated with the Internet of Things (IoT) and data analytics to provide holistic solutions to client projects.
